- COLOR QUESTIONS:
- Can the color be guaranteed?
It is recommended that a color match proof is ordered which will allow
you to have a reasonable expectation of color output. Although it is
impossible to definitively match a given color, these colors are
considered safe and less susceptible to large shifts in appearance.
If I'm reordering can the color be the same as the last time?
It is not possible that the colors can be matched perfectly from job to
job.
- Will the same colors vary in output when printed on different paper stocks?
It is possible that the same colors may vary as light hits the different
coatings and materials. Our eyes are presented with variations of the
color.
- Why does the final print job look different from how it looked on my
monitor?
When viewing artwork on a monitor you are viewing in RGB which is Red /
Green / Blue gamut. Printing is done in CMYK - Cyan / Magenta / Yellow /
Black. Please prepare your files in CMYK mode in your photo editor to
get a better understanding of setting up your colors.
- Can I request a template for a custom order?
Yes, we can provide or create a custom template for you for free. Please
allow 2-3 days to receive a custom template.
- Can I print using CMYK and match a PMS color?
Usually it is not a good idea because PMS color match books use a
different color formula to produce ink therefore the color cannot be exact.

Usually yes, We usually calibrate the color without notice in order for
